Busy Spring 2017!
Wow! What a busy few months it has been! From a feature at BHLDN (Anthropolgie), to packed workshops and even a short promo on the news, this spring has been filled with succulent love!
BHLDN/Anthropolgie Feature w/ Craft Blooms
So excited to have shared this month long feature with my dear friend Jenna, the talented powerhouse behind Craft Blooms! We were also super excited to feature works from fellow creatives like macrame bouquet holders by Felicia, from the The Knot Spot, and calligraphy crystals by Katherine, from Handwritten by Katherine.
At the end of our feature, Jenna and I were thrilled to host a succulent crown and headpiece workshop at the BHLDN Bridal boutique. We were so blessed to have a fantastic photographer, Marie Monoforte, attend and photo-document this collaborative workshop! You can check out her images and blog post HERE.
Flower Hill inBloom
I was so lucky to be a part of the first inBloom event at Flower Hill Promenade in Del Mar, Ca. This experiential month long event transformed the mall by incorporating botanical art, unique kids playhouses, art installations and free family activities throughout its spaces. In addition, numerous planting and art workshops were offered, including a Succulents in Driftwood Workshop by me! I was honored to be asked to help promote the inBloom event and Infinite Succulent by demonstrating a succulent craft on live CBS 8 morning news. You can check out the clip HERE.
I want to thank everyone who came out to take part in a workshop, or purchase a piece of my succulent art. I am amazed by, and so grateful for, this opportunity to turn my passion into a profession!!
Lots and lots of more fun succulent art workshops planned for the months ahead, so visit my Events page to learn more!
