Energy is Prana, Chi, or life force energy that flows from Earth and the Cosmos to us at all times. Energy is the way our bodies connect and work with these energies through our auric and chakra systems. Energy is how we feel, and our motivation (or lack thereof). Energy is also the infinite subatomic particles that make up everything we see and everything we don’t see too. Energy is the vibration of all that is, all that was and even all that is yet to be.
Energy is everything.
When we understand this, we can also learn how to intentionally communicate with, move and transform energies in ways that are truly magical.

During these energy sessions, I connect with the life-force Energy lovingly given by all of Nature, to cleanse, infuse and energize your whole being.
Nature is the main source of life force energy for us all. It’s why spending time in Nature or surrounded by natural objects can make us feel good, physically, mentally and emotionally too.
As a certified Reiki and Crystal healing practitioner, I utilize my intuitive gifts, healing hands, and crystal energy along with (optional) clipped succulent plants, to cleanse, align and infuse your energy system.
These transformative sessions raise your energetic vibration, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed and reenergized.
Optional Plant Prana Add-On includes the use of 7 clipped succulents intentionally chosen for each chakra. The plant energy adds an increased element of stabilizing and collaborative flow between the energy centers, amplifying the flow of Prana to your whole being.
